Project Demonstration Guidelines
- Team Size: Each project demonstration team can have a maximum of 2 participants only.
- Registration Fee: To confirm your registration, the team must pay NPR 2500 /- per project after verification from organizers.
- Lunch (Optional): An additional charge of NPR 2500 per person will be applied for lunch if required.
Demonstrate your AI projects, prototypes, and solutions to conference attendees, industry leaders, and potential investors. This is your opportunity to showcase practical applications of AI research.
Project Submission
Submit your project for demonstration by completing our submission form. Make sure to review all guidelines before submitting. Only Team Lead is required to fill out the form.
